I need exercise/workout help!
Basically… I don’t exercise. Really ever. I’ve recently started at Curves and have gone 4 times this past week, 30 minutes a go. I intend to go 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time.
I have signed up to do the sports relief mile. It’s on March 20th. I have never, ever run before in my life, but I intend to run the whole mile.

I knew the end of House was coming, but that doesn’t change the fact that I am really quite upset about it. House is my favourite television show of all time. I have never been so emotionally invested in a show like I have been with House. I have actually just shed a little tear :(
